Niantic divesting Pokémon GO to Scopely

Niantic, the game developer of Pokémon GO, is divesting the game and its game division to Scopely.

The Pokémon GO team at Niantic will remain as it transitions to Scopely.

I do not see any mentions of any other significant changes during the transition to Scopely.
